RESCHEDULE PROCESS

In order to help you manage rescheduling games, we have created “Adult/Youth Reschedule Blocks” in the calendar that all managers can view online. Below are the steps needed to reschedule a game:

  1. Click here to log in to DASH.
  2. Click on “Calendar” in the main navigation.
  3. Click on “Location Schedule”.
  4. Expand the “Search Options” box.
  5. In the “Event Type” menu select “Game Reschedules” and choose a date range. click the “Search” button to see what’s available. (There will be no cost associated w/moving the game)
  6. Find THREE possible block times labeled “Game/Youth Reschedule Block” on an indoor arena (West, East or South).
  7. Send an email to the opposing Team Manager* and the Bladium Youth Soccer League Manager – AlamedaSoccer@Bladium.com stating that you need a game rescheduled. Include in the subject: “Need to Reschedule “Team Name” game on Date/Time. *Team Manager contact information is emailed to all team managers/coaches at the beginning of the season.
  8. Please let the opposing manager and the Bladium Youth Soccer League Manager know your 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices for dates/times that you’d like to move the game to. The opposing Team Manager can decline the request and accept a win via forfeit or agree to one or more of the dates. (All subsequent email correspondence should be sent via “reply all”).
  9. The accepting Team Manager should finalize the process via “reply all” and include in the Subject Line: “Accept (or Reject) Reschedule Request” and include the day/time of the accepted game. If rejected, a forfeit will be recorded. The team that did not initiate the request may keep the original game slot for practice time if the game is not rescheduled.

Reschedule requests approved by both team managers MUST be received by the Bladium Youth Soccer League Manager no less than 72 hours prior to game day/time. Any requests made within 72 hours are not guaranteed. This is on a first come first serve basis. GAME DAY RESCHEDULE REQUESTS WILL RESULT IN A 5-0 FORFEIT TO YOUR OPPONENT.

Please Note: Until your game is officially rescheduled, available times are not guaranteed to be available, as other teams or Bladium Sports customers may book the time slot at any time until both coaches confirm and the time is scheduled.

Captains, please send the following…

  • Team Captain Name, Email Address, and Phone Number
  • League Desired and Team Name
  • Team Roster and Membership Registration for All Players
  • Method of Payment for Team Fees and Membership Fees
  • Captains, Don’t Forget your Bladium Benefits!
  •  At the half-way point of the current season, we will email you a “Save your spot” reminder to pay your $100.00 deposit so your team can be put on the next season’s schedule. Only the first night’s schedule will be published based on deposits received.
  •  50% of your total team fees will be due before you take the field for the first game, and a total roster check will be done on opening night for each team. Teams failing to reach 50% payment by opening night will not be allowed on the field and will have 48 hours to pay their balance or lose their spot and deposit. After the first night’s games, the schedule for the rest of the
    season will be published.
  • Your total team fees are due by the half-way point of your season (game 4/8 or 5/10). Teams failing to reach 100% payment at this time will forfeit their game and have 48 hours to pay their balance or be removed from the schedule and lose all previously paid team fees.

NEW Player Fees & Registration:

  • All you have to do is sign-up, we’ll do the rest!
  • Join anytime before the 6th game of the season.
  • Pro-rated fee if you join after the start of the season.
  • Fees due in full at time of registration.
  • Player placement based on the order in which registration fees are received.
  • Placement is not guaranteed; full refund if not placed.
  • Friends can be placed on the same team, subject to availability.

RULES & POLICIES

Official Soccer Rules of Play
  • 8-10 Games per Season
  • Games are Two 25-Minute Periods
  • Games are “Running” Time
  • 8 Players on Field per Team
  • Co-Ed = 3 Women Minimum, 2 Women Minimum in Rec. Leagues
  • Players Can be Added Via Front Desk up to the Last Two Games of The Season
  • Rosters Freeze Prior to Game 7
  • Modified MISL/USSF Soccer Rules are Followed
  • Must be active Bladium Adult Sports Member or Higher
  • Must have completed Membership Registration & Waiver Form
  • Must be 16 Years of Age or Older
  • Indoor Soccer or Molded Shoes Required (NO Metal Cleats)
  • Covered Shin Guards Required
  • Sports Mouth Guard Highly Recommended
  • Athletic Cup Highly Recommend for Male Players

Bladium Team Captain and Coach benefits include a complimentary sports membership and endless respect and loyalty from your teammates, players, and parents!

Fees and deposits are 100% REFUNDABLE until 10 days prior to the start of the league or if Bladium is unable to place team in a league. Fees and deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE 10 days and closer to start of the league.

Bladium would like to make sure that every team has a positive experience while playing here. If you feel like you can’t field a team for a particular game, give us a call so that we can arrange a reschedule if possible. With proper notice, we are able to communicate to the other team so that they are aware of the situation and can plan their schedule accordingly. Any teams forfeiting a game without giving at least 48-hour notice will be assessed a $50 fine. This fee will go directly to the Captain’s Party Fund. This fee must be paid no later than 48 hours prior to the team’s next game. Failure to pay the fine will result in 5-0 loss for your next game.
